Export Compliance

SKYNEST LTD ("SKYNEST") designs technology for unmanned and autonomous systems. Certain of our products, components, software, and related technical data may be subject to export-control laws and regulations in one or more jurisdictions. SKYNEST is committed to conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable export-control and sanctions requirements.

1. Applicable Controls

SKYNEST LTD is an Israeli company. Its defense-related products, software, and technical data are subject to the Israeli Defense Export Control Law, 5767-2007, and to the oversight of the Defense Export Controls Agency (DECA / אפ״י) of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, as well as to other applicable national and international export-control and sanctions regimes. Product classification and licensing requirements are determined on a case-by-case basis.

2. Our Commitment

SKYNEST markets, exports, and transfers its products only in accordance with the marketing and export licenses granted to it by the competent Israeli authorities, and will not knowingly export, re-export, or transfer its products, software, or technical data in violation of applicable law. Where required, we obtain the necessary authorizations or licenses before an export takes place, and we screen transactions and counterparties against applicable restricted- and denied-party lists.

3. Prohibited Destinations and Parties

SKYNEST does not sell or provide its products to embargoed or sanctioned countries, regions, or parties, or to any party listed on applicable government denied-, debarred-, or restricted-party lists, except where specifically authorized by the competent authorities.

4. End-Use and End-User Restrictions

Our products may not be used for any purpose prohibited by applicable law. Customers and partners must not divert products to prohibited end-uses or end-users, and must not re-export or transfer them contrary to the terms of any applicable authorization.

5. Customer and Partner Responsibilities

Customers, distributors, and partners are responsible for complying with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws in connection with the purchase, use, resale, export, or re-export of SKYNEST products, including obtaining any licenses or approvals that may be required in their jurisdiction.
